All wigs are made on a pre-order basis and are custom-made overseas according to your selected options (length, texture, cap type, and customisation).
Please allow 5-10 working days for your order to be processed and delivered. While this is our standard timeframe, we always aim to complete and deliver orders as quickly as possible.

Orders placed through the Lewa Store (online) and orders made directly at the Lewa Salon are processed through different channels and may have different. turnaround times.
